Maybe Julia M. West, born Oct 1812, Lee, daughter of Aaron West. Maybe Julia Ett or Julia Hutt. There is a Lyman Houghton in Pekin Cemetery with wife Arhillia (Probably Athellia). He died 31 Mar 1835, and she died 3 Mar 1833, also Athilla Houghton, living with Julia and Ira West Jr in 1850 is 16 years old, so born ~1834. This means Julia might have married Lyman after his first wife died in 1833, had one daughter (however she may be the daughter of the first wife, since she has the same name), and then Lyman died in 1835, after which Julia married Jason Dewey, and had another daughter Celia in 1836, then Jason died 2 years later in 1838. By 1841 she had married Ira West Jr. and had another daughter Juliette. Quite a busy girl! Not listed (as a widow) in the 1890 Civil War Veterans Schedule, so must hav died before 1890.
