In the 1946 obituary of his brother Charles, he is listed as living in San Diego, CA. According to the marriage license for Frank and Golda, he was divorced in St. Louis County, MO, though I have found no other records to support this. And, from the 1910 census, he was possibly married to both women at the same time. At least, he was married to Golda in 1907, and Mary E. is still is listed as married in Rochester.
