 In the 1820 census in Western, there's a Simeon West next to Ira, and an older
 Wheaton West nearby.  This Wheaton is a candidate for Ira's father.
 IGI has a Wheaton West born in Western in 1782... Ira's brother?
 There was a Simeon M. West b. 1790 NY m. Betsy Baxter. parents not listed.

 in 1855, William Wright age 13, and George Wright age 3 are boarders.
 1855 census says here (Orwell?) 14 years, so must have arrived
 right before the 1840 census.  Ira Jr says here 15 years.

 1856, buried in Pekin Cemetery, Orwell, His wife was Lucy Curtis, born
 1792 in Lee, October 12 1864, also buried at Pekin. Their children:
 David D,. born in Lee on 10/24/1814, died 3/16/1902; Ira Jr., born
 1819 in Oneida Co., died 3/16/1882; Chloe, born Oneida Co.; Mary born
 2/8/1835, died 9/1/1913; Lucy Ann, born 1826, died 8/8/1888; Harriet,
 born 1834.

 David married Adah Burch; Ira Jr. married Julia Ett Dewey; Chloe
 married William Strong; Mary married James Hilton.
