Name listed as Polly in 1881 census but Mary in 1871 and 1891. Married Isaac Thompson before 1891. Mary always listed Rosedale Abbey as her birthplace, though she seems to have had her birth registered in Preston, near her mother's birthplace. It is possible my facts are not quite in order. Assuming she died prior to her husband's second marriage, though this may be rash. |
