Notes:
 He died within the year after arriving in America.  His grandfather,
 also named Daniel, died earlier the same year in England.
 He entered the US on 22 May 1891 at the port of New York.
 He was struck by a train on the O&W tracks returning from work, and died from the effects.
 It was a Friday, the 13th.
 Transcribed birth records indicate he was christened in April, but the GRO index indicates he was born July-September.  Possibly August was mis-transcribed as April.
