Not certain these dates go with this Howard.  There is conflicting data.  Perhaps there
 were two Howard J. Spears from the Port Jervis area.
 Another source says born 13 Aug 1909, but fairly certain it was 1901.
 In Port Jervis in 1920, with first wife Henrietta. And in Deerpark in 1930, with Henrietta and
 2 daughters.
