Notes:
Transcribed from the 1865 Granby census:
 George Dopp 45 Oneida
 Elizabeth 40 do
 Francis 22 do
 Emily 18 do
 Morris 13 do
 George 10 do
 Willie W. grandson 2 Oswego
 Charles 25 Oneida
found in 1880 census with 2nd husband Levi Butler, and
son Melvin Dopp in Granby. It appears her father was from Conn., mother
 from NY.
When her son Melvin died, condolences were sent to George Dopp Jr.,
from some Phillips cousins; Frank, Clara & Mabel of 90 Park Ave.,
Saranac Lake, NY, 14 Dec 1915
Also, when George W. Dopp was killed, a J. W.(or A.) Phillips, of
Brewster, NY sent condolences. There is also a picture from about
1916/1917 with Charles E. West, George E. Dopp, and a George & Sarah
 Phillips, among others.
Frank and Mabel are children of George & Sarah Phillips, who appear
in the 1900 census in Granby, Mabel is also the wife of Frank H. Phillips
of Oneida, Madison County, NY in 1910.
The 1920 census shows a Frank Phillips in Saranac Lake, age 42, a
Lawyer. He is boarding with Miss Mamie Evans. The age is wrong for
him to be George's son Frank.
The J. W. Phillips is probably John W. Phillips, son of George &
 Sarah.
