Albert's father was named Jacob, and he apparently had 6 brothers and sisters, all of which he outlived.
 In 1850, This Jacob was living in Dutchess County, NY, as was Albert and another apparent son of Jacob named
 Gilbert Newell, who later moved to Owego, NY.  In 1860, this Jacob and Julia are living in Harmony, Susquehanna County, PA.
