 Florence divorced him in 1918, after he apparently had an affair with a neighbor, Mrs. Mary De Barber,
 a native of Italy, going as far as bringing her into his bedroom while his wife was ill at home.  Interestingly,
 Mrs. De Barber stayed married, though she and her husband moved to Connecticut after the affair came out.
