Notes:
 They are oddly missing from the 1940 cenus, and even more oddly, there is a Howard Haresign, age 59,
 with wife Elizabeth, age 51, and son James age 19, living in Albany, and claiming to have been born in
 Philadelphia.  It seems likely that this is Albert and family, though it seems very strange. There is no
 Howard Haresign in any other records I can locate.
