Notes:
 Josephine was institutionalized some time between 1900 and 1910.  In
 the 1910 census, she appears to have a 2 month old relation, possibly
 an illegitimate daughter, named Evelyn.  In the later censuses and
 records, Josephine goes by the name of Evelyn Adams.  There is an
 Evelyn Adams in the 1930 census, 20 years of age, living in Plymouth
 Grafton County.  It is possible that this was her daughter, though there
 is no record of her having a daughter.
