 FRASER - Rome, New York.  MILTON B. FRASER, formerly of this
 city, died at his home in West Point, Neb., on Sunday, March 21, 1886,
 of inflammatory rheumatism.  He had only been ill a couple of weeks.
 Deceased for a number of years conducted a manufactory on Front street
 in this city of a gang cheese press, of which he was the patentee.  He
 was a brother of Dr. C. E. Fraser of this city, and leaves a widow and
 seven children.  He had many friends in this section who will
 sincerely regret his death.  (RCApr02/1886) (see also
