Not totally certain about her maiden name. If this is the right Bertina, then her Parents were Raymond and Annie Wheatley.
Bertina (Swales) had cousins named Ringgold, but I haven't found the relationship.
Raymond Wheatley is listed at 502 W. Preston in 1890, just down the street from where the Swales brothers lived in 1905.
