1871 UK Census

 This Esther/Hester was quite a surprise, when I discovered her in the 1871 census,
 though she explains the entry in the 1900 census, which says that her mother
 had had 7 children, 6 of which were living.
 At first, I thought this was Esther Ann, but she seems certainly to have
 been born two years later, in Yorkshire.  Now I believe there was an
 earlier Esther or Hester, who passed away, and Esther Ann was perhaps partially
 named for her.  The Wareham death of Hester Bonfield later that year is
 almost certainly the same child.
 Her middle initial is far from certain, since they all have middle
 initial B. and last name Saunders in the 1871 census.
